Marysville Independence Day Celebration

Friday, June 26, 2020

While most municipalities have canceled Fourth of July Celebrations, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the City of Marysville will indeed hold an Independence Day Festival (although much of it will be virtual). This year to keep everyone healthy and safe, Marysville is developing a virtual celebration, capped off with a live fireworks show at approximately 10:00 PM. Log on to www.marysvillewa.gov to take part in the virtual activities, and then step outside for the fireworks in the skies over the waterfront park. You can hear a Independence Day Musical Tribute on Classic Country KXA by tuning into 1520 AM; 101.1 FM; streaming at www.classiccountrykxa.com; or download the KXA Mobile App (available at the Google Playstore or Apple Store). The music will start with a message from Marysville Mayor Jon Nehring at 10:00 PM. Happy Fourth of July!
