It’s our Annual Thanksgiving Fall Sports State Championship Show on the Thursday, November 28, 2019 edition of Prep Sports Weekly. We meet the Lake Stevens Vikings Volleyball team that took second at the Volleyball State Tournament in Yakima’s Sundome; Head Coach Kyle Hoglund and players Samaya Morin, Michelle Fast and Maddie Iseminger. The Western Conference had great success this year at the State Swim Meet at the Weyerhaueser King County Aquatic Center in Federal Way with state champion swimmers Jetlynn Hau of Stanwood and Elli Straume of Kamiak and diver Kayli Kersavage of Snohomish, along with diving coach Marc Hughes. Plus, we’ll hear about next week’s Snohomish County Football Officials Association’s Scholar Athlete Banquet with long-time football officials Tom Freal and Steve Landro.
