EVERETT, MARCH 25: The Snohomish County Senior Resource Expo will be taking place on Friday, March 28 from 10 AM to 2 PM at the Everett Mall.
This is the 3rd annual expo hosted by the Daily Herald and Sound Publishing. The expo is designed to bring valuable resources, expert advice, and community connections to seniors and their families across Snohomish County.
Over 50 exhibitors will be in attendance, ranging from mass transit companies, healthcare providers, retirement institutes, memory care and home care groups, and so much more.
A speaker series with short form presentations will run throughout the length of the expo, tackling topics such as new technologies, insurance information, and how to protect yourself and others from scammers.
The expo will also have a special guest in attendance for the speaker series, retired US Navy Captain Kim Buike. Buike was a former Commanding Officer at Naval Station Everett and recently was a contestant on the ABC reality show “The Golden Bachelorette”.
