The benefit breakfast on April 25, 2017 at Everett Community College has revealed the numbers regarding pledged donations and support for
the ideas of scholarships for students looking to the future.
The total donations raised by the sponsors at the Everett Community College Foundation at the event was $105,000 in hopes to give more students better
opportunities to progress in their career path.
Money proceeds will be going to college programs that need better equipment and allow more students to gain knowledge in their future field.
The breakfast also disclosed that in the years 2015-2016 the Foundation awarded over 190 students scholarships and had to deny 300 others, therefore
the breakfast will help get more students under the scholarship realm.
