There is currently an aid response to a person in crisis; a man is sitting on the railing of the Broadway Bridge over the railroad tracks in North Everett. Various police and fire units have been dispatched.

UPDATE: The man on the railing of the Broadway Bridge at the intersection of Broadway and Hewitt has been safely brought down and offered services by the Everett Police Department according to Public Information Officer Aaron Snell. One Northbound lane was blocked during the duration of the crisis alert, but traffic is now open.

EDIT: The Everett Post previously reported that the Crisis Alert occurred on the Hewitt Bridge; the correct location was the Broadway Bridge at the intersection of Broadway and Hewitt.
