EVERETT – According to the Everett Police Department, a prolific burglar who has been terrorizing the South Everett community over the past several months was arrested and is now facing 35 criminal charges. Everett Police say that upwards of 30 burglary and malicious mischief cases with the same MO were documented over the past several months.
