
UPDATE, APRIL 12: After being identified by multiple members of the public, the suspect connected to assaults on two coffee stands last week was apprehended.
On Thursday, April 10 around 1:30 p.m. Everett Police were made aware of the 23-year-olds whereabouts.
He has been booked into the Snohomish County Jail for two counts of Burglary 1, two counts of Assault 4 with Sexual Motivation, and two counts of Trespass 1.
This investigation is on-going and there are limited details at this time according to Everett Police.

EVERETT, APRIL 10– The Everett Police Department is investigating two assaults which took place along Evergreen Way this week.
At approximately 1:00 p.m. on April 6, 2025, officers responded to an assault at a drive thru coffee stand, located in the 5700 block of Evergreen Way. The reporting party told police a male entered the stand and attempted to assault an employee. The employee managed to ultimately ward off her attacker, and he fled the location.
Responding officers attempted to locate the male but were unsuccessful in their efforts. The suspect was described as a thin, light-skinned black or Hispanic male, estimated to be 6’3’’ tall, and approximately 20-30 years old. He may have either a dark moustache or a small goatee.
At approximately 3:30 p.m. on April 9, 2025, officers responded to a second assault at a separate drive thru coffee stand, located in 9100 block of Evergreen Way. The reporting party stated a male entered the coffee stand and attempted to assault her. The description she provided matched that of the subject from the previous incident.
Officers responded to the location and searched the area but were unable to locate the male. Everett Police Department detectives are conducting further investigation into the two incidents, which both occurred at businesses considered “bikini barista” coffee stands, to include attempting to determine the motivation of the suspect. The Everett Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating and identifying the male pictured below. If seen do NOT approach, call 911 immediately.
The Everett Police will be conducting additional patrol along Evergreen Way, to include delivering a flyer to nearby coffee stands with the suspect’s picture. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call the Everett Police Department TIP
