EVERETT, FEB. 12: Everett Police closed a portion of Broadway this morning to investigate a fatal pedestrian car crash.
At approximately 5:30 a.m. Feb. 12, Everett Police responded to the 1300 block of Broadway, Public Information Officer Natalie Given said.
Upon arrival they found a vehicle-pedestrian collision. The pedestrian, a man in his 60s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Everett Police found that the driver involved in the incident had no indication of impairment, Given said.
The 1300 block of Broadway was closed for a few hours as they investigated the collision. At 10 a.m. the road was reopened, Given said.
