EVERETT, JULY 22: Saturday night, the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office responded to a drive-by shooting, with a 17-year-old sustaining multiple gunshot wounds. He is in stable condition.

Around 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 20, deputies responded to reports of a shooting at 600 block of 124th St. Southwest, outer Everett. When they arrived, they located the male victim, rendering aid and multiple tourniquets, according to a press release from the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.

The victim was transported to Providence Regional Medical Center with life-threatening injuries. He is currently in stable condition.

Major Crimes Unit (MCU) responded to the scene to investigate, where they learned the victim was walking down the street when a vehicle driving by fired multiple rounds.

Detectives have since recovered multiple shell casings from the scene and are actively working to identify the two possible suspects who were seen fleeing the scene in an unknown vehicle.
