The offer is valid only at the Jimmy John’s located at 412 State Avenue in Marysville.“When we heard that last year there were families that did not receive coats because the demand far out weighted the need, well we wanted to get involved,” said Joe Allen, Jimmy John’s of Marysville General Manager. “We are so excited about our coat and toy drive and hope the community will be enticed by the reward for their good deed and donate more. There are nearly 50 million Americans currently living in poverty and struggling to provide a warm coat for themselves or their families. The Marysville Food Bank program helps keep all of the coats and toys that are collected in this community, which will make a big difference for our neighbors who need a coat or help this holiday season.”The Marysville Community Food Bank and Toy Store is striving to meet its goal this year to provide toys and a coat to every local child in need. Formed in 1985 by several regional service organizations and their dedicated volunteers, the committee now serves more than 1,200 children in the 98270, 98271 and 98259 zip codes. Thank you for your support ensuring that every family in our community has food, toys and warm coats this holiday season.
