death is classified as Suicide, and her identity is not included in the report.

The examination of the 55-year old male who was involved in a vehicle versus tree collision on State Route 9 near milepost 37 near Arlington on March
27 is now complete. The cause of death is multiple blunt force injuries. The manner of death is classified as Suicide.

The examination and confirmation of identity of the 61-year old male who was involved in a motor vehicle versus tree collision in the 26300 block of
Florence Acres Road near Monroe on March 25 is complete. The decedent is James E. Leavitt of Monroe. The cause of death is multiple blunt force
injuries. The manner of death is classified as Accident.

The ME Office has completed the examination and confirmed the identification of the 94-year old female who was involved in a motor vehicle versus fixed
object collision at North Lake Cochran Road near Monroe on March 24 and died later the same day at a local hospital. The decedent is Adlene S.
Gibson, of Snohomish. The cause of death is blunt force injury of the chest. The manner of death is classified as Accident.

The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office has completed the examination and confirmed the identification of the 41-year old male who was involved
in a bus versus pedestrian collision in the 8000 block of Broadway in Everett on March 16. The decedent is Benjamin J. Eacker of Kirkland. The
cause of death is multiple blunt force injuries. The manner of death is classified as Accident.
