After missing last year, Sorticulture is happening next weekend.  As always admission is FREE!  Hours are Friday, June 11th from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday, June 12th from 10:00 am to 6:00pm and Sunday, June 13th from 10:00am to 4:00pm.  The big change this year is it will be held on Colby Avenue, between Everett and Hewitt Avenues.

So, what is Sorticulture?  It is a three-day outdoor festival that celebrates the best parts of Pacific Northwest outdoor living.  Sorticulture has become the premier festival for garden art, local plants and flowers, and handmade outdoor products.

There is a big and varied lineup of nonstop entertainment performing from the Veranda Stage on a balcony!  The artists and vendors will be everywhere with a myriad of garden art, local plants and flowers, and handmade outdoor products.  Ciscoe Morris will be there as well with his humor and antics as usual, while providing gardening advice.

After a year of being cooped up it is time to get out and enjoy our great community.  Food and beverage for every taste is ample from all our local restaurants and eateries.  You can also stop in the many shops along the way.  It is a great way to thank them for enduring the year’s hardships, and still being here to serve the community.

If you have not visited Sorticulture in the past, you have been missing out on this beloved Everett annual festival.  It provides a wonderful family environment, and a day full of fun and ideas.
