ARLINGTON — After six decades of building for others, Coast Construction Group has broken ground on a new headquarters in north Snohomish County.

The new design-build campus and corporate headquarters at 6103 180th Street NE in Arlington, includes a two-building design-build on 3.4 acres that will house the general contractor’s Northwest operations.

The combined 46,000 square feet of office and warehouse space will be delivered by Coast in partnership with Red Oak Architecture, a firm co-owned by Coast’s CEO & founder Trevor Gaskin and principal architect Aaron MacDonald, which will also relocate its headquarters to the new site.

The property is scheduled for completion in early May 2027. The new headquarters replaces Coast’s existing 6,000-square-foot Olympic Avenue offices, built in 2011, positioning it to add an additional 25 or more jobs over the next two years as it expands across commercial, industrial, and logistics markets nationwide, according to the company.
