Monumental Talks 2026: The Visible And Invisible Cost Of Freedom

Monumental Talks 2026, the third annual 9/11 remembrance event, takes place Friday, September 11 at 7:00 p.m. at the Everett Civic Auditorium, 2415 Colby Avenue. Admission is free and no tickets or registration are required. This year’s theme is The Visible and Invisible Cost of Freedom. The program honors first responders and veterans and includes the Fireman’s Prayer Anthem by composer Charles-Henri Avelange, recorded at Sony Pictures Studios with a ninety piece orchestra and the Los Angeles Master Chorale. Joe Marine, Mayor of Mukilteo, serves as master of ceremonies. The event is non-partisan and open to everyone.
