OLYMPIA — A 9.9% “millionaires tax” is currently being retained by Washington voters after the first round of 2026 general election results with 58% of voters opposing I-645, according to tabulations from the Washington Secretary of State.
I-638, is passing currently with 56.74% “yes” vote, which would require biological girls to participate in girls’ scholastic sports.
I-001, a parental bill of rights, is failing with a 52.77% “no” vote.
