EVERETT, APRIL 1: The annual Marina and Jetty Island Cleanup Day will be held Saturday, April 18, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and anyone can be part of the cleanup crew where usually more than 100 volunteers come together. This event allows people to give back to the community and make our local waterfront a beautiful and safe space for all residents. See below for information on this year’s event and how to get involved!

Marina Cleanup Day Details:
When: April 18, 2026 between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m.
Where: Fisherman’s Tribute (across from Bluewater Organic Distilling) – 1205 Craftsman Way, Everett WA 98201
Event Details:

  • It does take place outside – rain or shine- so dress accordingly. Northwest layering is always best.
  • Supplies and snacks will be provided for all volunteers.
  • No need to own your own boat, transportation will be provided to and from the island, but will be on a first-come, first-served basis for those interested in cleaning up Jetty Island.
  • Volunteers must be 18 years or older. If under 18 years  of age, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Participants can sign-up in advance, but is not required; day of walk-ins are welcome as always.

*Please note: For those volunteering with a group, each person must fill out the application and the hold harmless agreement at the port of Everett website. By filling out the application and the hold harmless agreement, applicants will be signed up to volunteer for this year’s event. Pre-registration for both individuals and groups close on April 16 at 5 p.m.
