EVERETT, AUG. 18: People should expect daytime lane closures on both southbound and northbound State Route 529 the week of Monday Aug. 18 for maintenance.

Monday, Aug. 18
- From 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. the right lane on southbound SR 529 between the Snohomish River Bridge and the Steamboat Slough Bridge will be closed.
Tuesday, Aug. 19
- From 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. the left lane on southbound SR 529 between the Snohomish River Bridge and the Steamboat Slough Bridge will be closed.
Wednesday, Aug. 20
- From 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. right lane on northbound SR 529 between the Snohomish River Bridge and the Steamboat Slough Bridge will be closed.
- From 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. traffic will alternate on SR 524/Maltby Road in Maltby between Bear Creek and SR 9/Turner’s Corner.
Thursday, Aug. 21
- From 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. left lane on northbound SR 529 left between the Snohomish River Bridge and the Steamboat Slough Bridge will be closed.
These closures will allow Washington State Department of Transportation maintenance crews to perform roadwork such as vegetation management and pavement repairs.
