Our parade of state champions continues on this week’s edition of Prep Sports Weekly for Monday, March 30, 2026. We start with the 4-time state champion wrestler, Arlington’s Tre Haines, along with his head coach Jonny Gilbertson and parents Dean and Jane Haines. Then it’s the state champion wrestler from Everett Mia Cienega along with her head Jordain Harrop; and mom Lindsey Cienega and younger sister Vida. Finally, 3/4 of the 4A state champion 200 free-style relay team from Kamiak, Ryan Jackson, Kaiden Nguyen and Lucas Chai, along with head coach Chris Erickson.
