The Port of Everett invites community members and visitors to join in a free afternoon of spooky, but not-so-scary, family fun at the waterfront during its second annual Haunted Harbor event taking place Friday, Oct. 23, from 4 – 7 p.m.
Rain or shine, guests will gather in and around the Port’s Pacific Rim Plaza, near Hotel Indigo, for a night of fright including “Troll or Treat” (trick or treating at the boats along Guest Dock 5), games, crafts and more.
