Miles For Melanoma 5K Fundraiser

Melanoma is a disease that has a common misconception-it’s no big deal. In 2026, over 234,00 Americans are expected to be diagnosed with melanoma. On Sunday, October 4th at Marymoor Park between 200 to 250 local Seattle area residents will gather in person for the MRF’s annual Miles for Melanoma event. This event is an integral part of the MRF’s nationwide community event series that will be held in 17 cities across the country this year, all with the same goal-to raise funds and awareness to find a cure for melanoma. This year, our goal is to raise $1,400,000 from this event series for melanoma research, education and advocacy.
