EVERETT, OCT. 31: With potential interruptions to federal food assistance and colder weather approaching, the City of Everett compiled a list of local food and shelter resources.
Local Food Banks
You can view the full list or download a flyer (available in English and Spanish) at: everettwa.gov/foodbanks. As of Thursday, Oct. 30, these food banks and pantries are open in Everett:
- Volunteers of America Everett Community Food Bank, 1230 Broadway, 425-312-3630 | Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Bethany Compassion Center, 1421 Broadway, Tuesday, Thursday, 1 – 5 p.m. | Sat 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
- The Salvation Army, 2525 Rucker Ave, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 10 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Our Lady of Hope / St. Vincent de Paul Food Bank, 2619 Cedar St, Monday, Wednesday, every other Saturday, 9:30 – 11 a.m.
- Praise Chapel Food Bank, 805 Pecks Dr, Tuesday, 2:30 – 3:30 p.m.
- Volunteers of America Bible Baptist Church Drive-Thru Pantry, 805 W. Casino Rd, 1st & 3rd Tuesday, 3 – 5 p.m.
- Volunteers of America Village Walk-Up Pantry, 14 E. Casino Rd, 2nd & 4th Tuesday, 2 – 5 p.m.
- St. Mary Magdelene / St. Vincent de Paul, 8517 7th Ave SE, Wednesday, 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.

Hot Meals & Cold Weather Shelter
Community meal programs provide free hot meals year-round; find the current schedule at everettwa.gov/hotmeals.
With temperatures dropping, Snohomish County’s Cold Weather Shelter Program will start soon. Shelters open when overnight lows are forecast below 34°F, typically November through March. Learn more here or follow the City of Everett on Facebook for updates.
