EVERETT, AUG 21: The Port of Everett is looking to recruit a breakfast and or lunch cafe to fill a location at Waterfront Place as part of its Restaurant Row development project.

The revitalization of Fisherman Harbor’s Restaurant Row is an ongoing project from the Port to bring more restaurants and activities to the waterfront. Last year, the Port awarded Faber Construction a contract to build out two new buildings at $15.2 million.

Alexa’s Cafe from Bothell initially planned to set up another location in the available spot, but decided not to move forward with the opening, according to the Port of Everett.

Any interested tenants would join Rustic Cork Wine Bar, Tapped Public House, and Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt. The new building is located right across the currently existing Fisherman Jack’s and South Fork Baking Co.

Estimated to open at the end of the year, the new buildings will provide 18,000 sq. ft. of interior space and a 78-stall parking lot. To learn more about the project, see here.

Those interested in the open space can reach out to [email protected] for more information.
