MONROE, MARCH 10: The Evergreen State Fair is now accepting applications for vendors for the 2026 fair season held at the Monroe Fairgrounds annually in August and September.
Applications are being accepted for commercial exhibitors, food concessionaires, local artisans and nonprofit organizations.
Commercial exhibitors can choose either a space inside the Event Center, or outside throughout the grounds or even inside the Grandstands, which is back again this year with over 40 spaces now available.
They are also in the process of having the 60-year-old roof of the grandstand replaced in time for this year’s activities.
This year’s Evergreen State Fair will take place August 27 through September 1 and then September 3 through the 7 after a one day break. Food concessionaires are advised to submit their applications as early as possible as availability is limited.
For community service nonprofits, they are allowing one-day information spaces to include as part of Healthy Communities Day on September 3.
The Artisan’s Summer Market will be a new feature this year as well and will feature local artisans and handmade products. Previous exhibitors and concessionaires that are invited back are given the first opportunity to contract the same space as last year while new vendors must complete an application, available at evergreenfair.org/157/Vendors.
Organizers will be accepting applications until all the spaces are filled. However, some products are already represented in full, and will not be considered. Those include gaming or amusement vendors (bouncy houses, pitching machines, etc.), palm or tarot card readers, psychics, temporary tattoos, as well as airbrushing or face painting. Food vendors not considered include hamburgers, hot dogs, espresso or ice cream products.
