Week number 10 of the high school football season, and that means it’s time for the Class 4A Quad-Distrct Cross-Over games. It’s the 10th week of the regular season; but this is the round of 32, lose tonight and you’re done for the year; win tonight and the WIAA will seed you into the round of 16 into the state playoffs which start next week. He is joined by his head coach Greg Dailer. Then it's football post-season time and our prep football guru Ryland Spencer of Cascadia Sports joins us to preview this week's district match-ups involving our local teams. One of those local teams is Marysville Pilchuck, we hear from head coach Brandon Carson of the Tomahawks.

The Lake Stevens Vikings are looking for their ninth straight Western Conference 4A Football Championship as they travel to meet the Glacier Peak Grizzlies at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Snohomish. Tom Lafferty, Joel Vincent and Steve Willits have the call. The Allstate Insurance Good Hands Player of the Game is Lake Stevens junior runningback Jayden Limar; he had 24 carries for 200 yards and one reception for 50 yards and a touchdown. We’ve made it to week number 9 of the high school football season; a few last minute cancellations here and there; and we make our way back to where this season started; we’re in Snohomish for this final regular season game between the Lake Stevens Vikings and the Glacier Peak Grizzlies. High School Football for Friday, October 15, 2021. The #1 ranked Class 3A team in the state of Washington (Cascade Preps) the Marysville Pilchuck Tomahawks venture into John C. Larson Stadium at Arlington High School to meet the Eagles. Tom Lafferty, coach Joel Vincent and Steve Willits have the call. The KRKO Allstate Insurance Good Hands Player of the Game was Andrew Bryant; he led the way defensively, holding the Tomahawks to just 14 points on the night.

High School Football for Friday, October 8, 2021, the Mountlake Terrace  Hawks visit the Snohomish Panthers in Western Conference 3A South  Division action. Tom Lafferty, Joel Vincent and Steve Willits on the  call. Our KRKO Allstate Good Hands Player of the Game was  Josh Vandergriend of the Snohomish Panthers; he finished with 11 carries for 149 yards and 2 touchdowns rushing; plus, 3 receptions for 39 yards and 1 touchdown receiving.
