Then it's head coach of the Lake Stevens Vikings boys team Alex Iverson; followed by the head girls basketball coach at Mariner Donnell Surtain. We conclude with the head girls wrestling coach at Glacier Peak High School Joshua St. Marie.

  Full game broadcast: The Seattle Academy of Arts & Sciences Cardinals travel to meet the Mountlake Terrace Hawks at the Mountlake Terrace Holiday Basketball Tournament. Tuesday, December 30, 2025. Tom Lafferty & Nalin Sood on the call. Our KRKO Marysville Toyota Player of the Game was 6-8 sophomore forward Zane Zilliax of Seattle Academy. He led the Cardinals with 20 points as they defeated the Hawks 56-47.

KRKO Russell and Hill Female Student Athlete-October 2025-Tessa Anastasi-Lake Stevens Soccer

Our KRKO Russell and Hill Female Student Athlete for October 2025 is Tessa Anastasi, Lake Stevens Soccer (and multi-sport athlete). Tessa was the 4-year starting goal-keeper for the Vikings; a team that went 19-1-2 in 2024 and finished with the Class 4A State Championship (defeating Woodinville 1-0). Lake Stevens followed up with a 17-2-1 campaign in 2025 and went to the state quarterfinals before losing to Issaquah 6-0. KRKO Russell and Hill Male Student Athlete-October 2025-Jack Sievers-Archbishop Murphy Football

Congratulations to the KRKO Russell and Hill Male Student Athlete for October 2025; Senior Jack Sievers; Archbishop Murphy Football. Jack is a four-year starter at tight end for the Wildcats and was part of the class that persevered from a 0-8 season as freshmen, to a Class 2A State Championship as seniors. The Wildcats finished the 2025 season with a 35-20 win over perennial 2A power Tumwater at Husky Stadium in Seattle; it was the program’s first state title since 2016. Western Conference 4A Boys Basketball on Tuesday, December 17, 2025; Jackson Timberwolves vs. Cascade Bruins at Jackson High School Gym in Mill Creek. KRKO Marysville Toyota Player of the Game was junior guard Laryd Christensen. He led the Timberwolves with 21 points. Congratulations Laryd. 4A STATE CHAMPIONSHIP FOOTBALL GAME: Sumner vs Lake Stevens 12-6-25

    FULL GAME BROADCAST: 2025 WIAA/Gesa Credit Union Class 4A State Football Championship; Lake Stevens Vikings vs. Sumner Spartans. Tom Lafferty, Joel Vincent and Alex Clausius on the call; live from Husky Stadium in Seattle. KRKO Marysville Toyota Player of the Game was Sumner running back Lance McGee with 45 carries, 368 yards and 6 touchdowns. Sumner wins their second consecutive title 41-35 in Overtime.
